Cleveland receives: De'Aaron Fox, Harrison Barnes and 13th pick
Sacramento receives: Darius Garland and Jarrett Allen
Why?
Cleveland gets a better fitting backcourt player next to Mitchell, a good veteran presence and a pick.
Sacramento turns one star into two and get the center they've been looking for.
Cleveland receives: John Collins and '25 frp returned
Utah receives: Caris LeVert
Why?
Cleveland adds a better frontcourt fit next to Mobley.
Utah gets out of Collins contract without giving up much.
S&T for Patrick Williams (would probably have to give up Strus and a first-round pick or two).
PG: De'Aaron Fox / Craig Porter / Ty Jerome
SG: Donovan Mitchell / Sam Merrill
SF: Patrick Williams / Harrison Barnes / Isaac Okoro
PF: John Collins / Dean Wade / Luke Travers
C: Evan Mobley / Khalifa Diop
Coach: Kenny Atkinson

Strus and a first round pick for Williams?
Chicago just says f*** you and matches his offers and keeps him.

Re: Cle / Sac / Utah w/ Bulls
It's a fantasy board so have at it, but the Cavs aren't going to do anything like this. First off, Fox shot worse from 3 and had fewer assists than Garland in Garland's injury-plaugued down year. He only scores more because he averaged just under 21 FGA per game and he's not getting all of those next to Mitchell. Garland is more of a true PG than Fox and that is not a swap the Cavs should or would make.
Second, the Cavs aren't blowing up their roster like this for picks. Swapping coaches is the big move unless Klutch forces their hand and that's not happening before the draft.
I won't even get into the value because it's just not going to happen.

Jarret Allen isn’t winning you anything. Garland won’t show up in the playoffs. Mobley is a glorified dunk man. Mitchell has some experience but is a liability on defense. To me, the Cavs are a treadmill team.

He's no less a liability on defense than Garland is.

I don't see the Jazz giving back an unprotected FRP in a great draft to move Collins and take back Levert.

Yep a easy no from the Jazz. I see Levert and Collins as basically equal with maybe even a slight edge to Collins

Agreed. Not sure on this obsession with Utah giving up capital to move off a contract they have no need to for a player who is at least serviceable.

Said in reference to Utah's trade assets in a potential Doncic deal.

Well that's a pretty big one. I'm not sure the Fox deal works for either team. It doesn't address the fit issue with Mitchell, might actually amplify it because Fox and Mitchell are closer in style than Mitchell and Garland are. For SAC, you're putting a traditional center next to Sabonis which didn't work in IND.

Re: Cle / Sac, Cle / Utah with Bulls
It's close for the Bulls but no. Even with 2 picks.
I doubt they let Williams go without ever giving him a look at the SF. That means Karnasovas admits that his very first Bulls move, drafting Williams at #4 was a mistake. Ego does matter to a VP looking to keep his job.
The other thing on the downside is the Bulls just got Josh Giddey who starts next to Coby White and they have Ayo Dosunmu to come off the bench. Not that Struss isn't a sharpshooter but how do they get minutes for 4 guards? Giddey has triple double experience and White was 2nd in most improved player voting, post ASB Dosunmu averaged 17ppg. 24 each is not going to happen, they're all young don't need to time manage.
The Bulls move with Utah is for John Collins to end up a Bull, paired with Patrick William up front. And it's probably in there somewhere if CLE makes two trades and ends up with Collins and Barnes. Don't they like any of their other PFs?
