I'm always excited about the draft, but it's going to be hard not to feel underwhelmed. Even when the prospects are weaker, you start to like the idea of 5-10 of them. Even if one of those guys gets picked (instead of a Bruno), you still only got one, where before the draft it was kind of like you had all of them.
It's kind of like the OG and Siakam trades, where before they were made, I had all of these ideas of different combinations of players and picks we could get. Once the deals went down, whether they were good or bad, you're still kind of like... so that's it, huh.
I'm excited, but fully expect to be disappointed. After all, I have very strong opinions based on reading some mock drafts and watching multiple highlight videos on YouTube.
