Dillon Brooks, Jalen Green, Jock Landale and 3rd Overall Draft Pick for Kawhi Leonard
-Houston adds a legitimate superstar to build around at a very reasonable cost if he can remain healthy. He can deliver a championship to a franchise when he's healthy.
-If the Clippers felt Paul George had a foot out the door, this is about as good of a return as they could get for Kawhi to pivot to a rebuild.

IMO for Houston, Jalen Green should be an untouchable.

Tough with the knee but I don’t think this isn’t great value for a player like Kawhi. Green is essentially unproven and #3 in this draft projects to be Grayson Allen.

Why? You really feel comfortable paying him? I’d be fine moving him for quality vet. Probably not Kawhi tho.

#3 projects to be better than Grayson Allen, under control for more years than Grayson Allen at a cheaper number, and significantly higher upside than Grayson Allen.

I mean he and Sengun are the guys on that club at the moment. Sengun has defensive liability issues though has his shorter jokic package. If Rockets are adding Kawhi, then perhaps they should send away more raw pieces ie Thompson rather than a kid who has been developed and seemed to take a step last season.

Yeah, I was making a Reed Sheppard joke but it’s half true. Thats not nearly as valuable as a traditional or even average #3.
