The way i look at it traded Quickley and got out from under RJs contract so that we could have the most electric season we've had in two decades. Even as an OG rental the NYC trading RJ and Quick were worth what we did last season. We weren't getting there with those two on the roster.

We’ve now traded RJ, Quick, Grimes and 6 picks for Bridges. Has to be some form of sign and trade with OG to get some collateral back, no?

Bridges was too costly but Quicklety was leaving at the end of the season anyway and RJ costs too much and his clutch numbers aren't impressive.

that also means Knicks traded IQ and RJ in mind 2023 season for a 4 months rental in OG. So not worth it.

That seems like a deep and elite lineup to me! (Of course if Anunoby walks, slot DiVincenzo back into the starting lineup. If Hartenstein walks, start Robinson again and sign a backup center as an upgrade for Sims.)
