Too bad - suns should listen

Flex doesn't know crap except what Booker's brother tells him.

Booker is obviously against trading KD for picks. He wants to win but it's unlikely the suns can go deep with such a messy structure.

Booker can go as well for all I care. I would ring Pistons and ask for Cade in a Booker trade. Sure start a new fresh rebuild around him.

Putting Kool Aid aside, the Suns as is, is 2 tiers below Celtics and a tier below Mavericks, Thunder, Nuggets, Wolves with NO room for improvement and No future. It's as bleak as it can get. The 3 All Stars only look good on paper.

Obviously it doesnt look rosey but I would wait and see what Budenholzer can do with this team.

This is what will happen I'd guess. The Rockets made this trade with us in mind and as such, the move to get our picks back plus whatevr young guy we want for KD or Booker will probably still be available in Jan/Feb.

Oh well, give me Flip and Dunn on draft day then. One at #22, the other via Ish buying a pick or trading Nurk for one.

Would you guys do Jabari, #3 and our picks back for him? Plus Dillion Brooks due to cap purposes.

First, the reason the Suns won't make a trade as it means Ishbia would have to eat crow 16 months or so after making the stupid a** trade. And in that form, those players, those picks, it was stupid

Second, with the new apron levels, the CBA, moving on from Durant gets ahead of that

Three - with apron rules, second level, it will be hard to improve the team

Four - -I don't think this team is sniffing the WCF let alone an NBA Title so time to face reality

So if the Rockets are interested, I listen. Hell yes I do

You don't need to tell me about the next level ignorance by Ishbia. I've been reminded of it each and every game since he's taken over. As for Durant, I'd be all for moving him as I wasn't ever on the train to get him in the first place. He's still a great scorer and overall talent, but we're not getting anything close to the return on him it took to acquire him. Ishbia has way too much hubris to accept the acquisition of both Durant and Beal were huge mistakes. Sometimes, and more often than not, the risk isn't worth the potential reward.

If I recall the timeline two summers ago - Flex dropped something on June 29 or June 30 before the 4th of July week end. For a day or so I thought Durant to the Suns was a good idea. But around July 2 and for sure by July 4 - I didn't want the deal period. But for sure, if it included Mikal Bridges. Now if it was Cam Johnson, Saric, Crowder and maybe 3 FRPs - -okay. But never included Mikal

Ishbia bought the team, went out with his friends, whipped it out to his buddies to show how big it was and he made an emotional trade. That was reported he was with friends when he called Joe Tsai

So they make the Durant trade, and now have these assets in Shamet and Paul so I guess Beal made sense.

So for me, call it, made a bad trade and start over. And if Booker is pissed - find a team to trade for him.

Houston apparently has Sengun on the table for a KD trade. Where is BW? He told me constantly that there's no way the Rockets would trade him for Durant lol.

If we had Mikal we'd be contending still, and we likely get KD with the picks and other pieces without him

JJ got worked again in a trade. How he has survived this long is something I'll ask God about one day when I die.

Actually - I think Ishbia traded Bridges for Durant. Jones held off making that trade a long time. Now you can blame Jones for Haliburton - but I think Bridges in the trade was all Ishbia

Granted the Bucks gave five second rounders for Crowder - the Suns should have been all over that deal for Ibaka, Hill and Nwosu with 5 second round picks. Used a bunch of that with Cam J and Saric to get Durante - without Bridges and 4 FRPs.

Just a stupid stupid trade
