How does one complain about Bo leading off. Springer is the only spoi where the whining is justified.

Springer will be back in the leadoff spot tomorrow after that HR, so that will be rectified soon enough

But fyi Bichette has a .691 ops over the last calendar year. He’s a bad hitter.

The team is made of bad hitters and theres a drop in offence league wide. May as well slot bo at leadoff and pray he finds his game. Seems like Horwitz, vladdy and turner have it going on at least.

Its hard to avoid putting bad hitters in the lineup. The lineup will still be poop no matter how you move it around - its not like Jansen is banging the ball. Also with Varsho out, you sort of have to play KK in CF due to limited options.

I have no real issue playing guys on terminating contracts, and hoping they can up their value a tad over the next month before the deadline. Youngsters will have plenty of chance to play in August and September. Its not like we are winning enough either way.

No clue why they even started that game tonight as there’s almost no chance they’ll finish it looking at the forecast.

Question - perhaps there is an obvious answer that I am overlooking.

Why the heck do they only cover the infield plus about 50 feet of depth beyond the infield. Can they not cover up the entire field? The outfield in the recent Cleveland game was a mess.

Just tuned into the game - rain delay? After just one inning is going to make it really tough on the pitchers if they restart.

Also, wild that they stopped the game in the middle of an AB - I'm amazed that the weather changed so suddenly that it was fine to continue when Jano stepped up to the plate, but absolutely had to be stopped one pitch later. Was it a sudden lightning storm?

Game has been postponed until late August. I still have no idea why they even started it because the radar showed constant storms all night. All it accomplished was wasting the starters for both teams.

Danny Jansen allowed a stolen base while catching his own pinch hitter.

might change who was available according to mlb rules later

The grass dries faster and is also a much much larger area.
9. Similarly, IF THOU HAST SPENT the entire offseason predicting that thy team will stink, thou shalt not gloat, nor even be happy, shouldst thou turn out to be correct. Realistic analysis is fine, but be a fan first, a smug smarty-pants second.

This is ridiculous! They should have the starting pitcher go a minimum of 5 innings. Not this one to 3 innings BS.

If we sweep them, both teams are at 500 by the end of the series.

If we go on a 30 game win streak can we make the playoffs
