Surprised Bam took the extension, kind of gave Miami a pass for another 4 years. Instead of going and getting the SuperMax when attaining the all nba or Dpoy selection in the upcoming season. Guess he prefers to be protected with a regular Max contract now, and get the SuperMax later.

Not optimistic on the Mitchell front, but I do believe the Bam news coming out confirming he will be extending with Miami makes the absence of similar news about Mitchell extending with Cleveland warrant speculation. What's the hold up?

I wonder how Jimmy feels about it, Jimmy is and has been our best player since he’s been here but Bam is usually the priority and the one getting the all star appearances and end of season awards and such.
