I agree that you shouldn't listen to the fans especially the loudest ones as they will never be satisfied unless you field a dream team level roster; everyone we have been linked to a large number of fans would have called for Morey head for signing them lol.

HOWEVA

you can't keep selling waiting until the deadline and then wait until the offseason and then wait until the deadline...and expect people not join the loud chorus of wip callers.

This is what happens when you don’t give the fanbase young prospects to dream about. Instead of fantasizing about Isaiah Joe averaging 18 by jacking up 12 threes per game we’re all sitting around (very impatiently) yelling at Daryl to do a cool trick.

Seems like it's Ingram or kick the can down the road for 2025 at this point.

Just sign Miles Bridges, at this point.

Will they hit the apron next season once they re-sign Brunson to a max contract?

At the moment they already hard capped at the 1st apron unless they add 1.8 mil more salary to the Bridges trade. I don’t see why Brooklyn would play nice and take on 2 mil more unless they add another pick lol

C'mon guys, everyone knew this was a fait accompli, let's not act shocked. And I'll stand by the idea that we have not seen all the dominoes fall yet, and might not on draft night. Just keep your powder dry, Daryl, no reckless desperation moves.

And I'm fired up for a solid pick at #16!

I’m trying to be this hopeful :)

I have no idea what is going on, but I think I could be content if we hit well on 2-3 10-20m players that could help our two stars.

Maxey/THT/Bad Bridges/Toppin/Embiid

It is going to be a long season.

Just when I thought I was out, they pull me back in! Here’s to a bonkers draft.

I hope he uses 16 and actually keeps the player. I will have to see that to believe it, however.

My vote for 16 (if kept and no Lebron dreams): Terrance Shannon.

At this point, Joel Embiid needs to come out and publicly call out Morey
