I wouldnt say its a lock. They got Giddey and Lavine at the 1&2 positions

Watching these teams make these moves makes me really appreciate Hinkie who didn't talk much; but pulled off exactly these kinds of moves. Really makes me think Daryl's history with owners/managers and his "style" of negotiating has been hurting us.
