The main issue is injury risk but even when healthy, it is a rich contract. I am hoping there are more details with some player incentives like minimum games played etc. Hope last year is a team option

The beauty of getting Randle and Brunson on really good deals

They could’ve added our 7th man in Hart and still been less than the Suns trio.

Matas Buzelis looks like an NBA player shrunk down 20% - too thin to play in the NBA. Let's see if he can put on muscle before they destroy his puny body.

Sidebar: next year OG will be the 24th highest player in the league. Or thereabouts.

Congrats to Knicks fans. I’m a really big fan of this team and you guys deserve this after the misery you’ve been through.

Ask Allan Houston when he got that 100 million

Allan Houston played hurt just to justify his contract and that cut his career short.

OG got his money but we shouldn't expect him to play if he's banged up in the regular season. We just need to get to the postseason 100 percent.

Did you forget who his coach is?

Thibs gonna be playing him 48 mpg in November, he won’t make past All Star Break

I love Ayton, he was a monster for a few weeks stretch for them, but he's nowhere near a passer, a team defender and offensive rebounder IHart is. In playoffs, we value a big who can pass in tight spaces to make the offense flow better. The offensive rebound, the pass to OG that led to a Divo 3, and then the chasedown block on Maxey's layup in Game 2 of Sixers series, I don't think Ayton could do those winning plays.

The star power is in Brunson, Randle and Bridges. What we need from a center is that piece who can complement JB, Ju and Mikal... we have no room for someone to come in to want to average 24ppg and 12rpg, but at this stage of his career that's what Ayton wants to do more over be a complementary piece on a title contending team.

Exactly. Once some of these extensions kick in he’ll be out of the top 30 by 2025-2026. Hopefully that’s when Jalen will shoot up to the top ten and take his place amongst the elite, or maybe he takes the discount so everyone can eat.

The vibes are immaculate right now.
