Ainge will trade him next year anyways

Some think he is most talented player in the draft.

Yeah for sure. I just don't see. Like I said, I'm very prepared to be wrong, but I don't see star. Which I guess at 10, if you make rotation (after the first 2 years) even on a bad team or get a 2nd contract, that's pretty solid.

Kings should take Carter, imo...

Like a Fox/Carter backcourt.
Nothing wrong with having a different opinion - as long as it's done respectfully. It'd be lame if we all agreed on everything :)

I've got being wrong down to a science.

I was right about the Celtics trading for KP last year. I usually get something right about once every 5 years

I watched few Colorado games this past season. One thing I loved about Cody Williams is he always raised his game whenever the team was struggling and needed someone to step up.

He can't rebound, can't shoot, and can't pass. Yet he was the #5 RSCI coming out of HS. That's classic Danny. Williams is the Issac Okoro of this class. Should have taken Carter. Dumb Danny lives.

Some people think Topic is the best prospect in this class.

He's only 18 and has a partially torn ACL so this will take time, a long term pick here..

But they're thinking that long term he could end up being REALLY good..there's a chance that a few yrs from now they have a backcourt with 2 all-stars - SGA and Topic..

This is a great pick for that health staff! No team as good as them in that regard! They can heal like they are Jesus. I know he’ll be good because okc may have one of the greatest draft teams in history. They can draft!

Arguably the best team in the western conference just added arguably the best prospect in this draft class, for basically nothing.

Woah.

Wolves are gonna be tough.

It'll work out good for them. Conley starts, Dillingham off the bench for year 1. By year 2, Conley too old to start and Dillingham moves into starting lineup..him and Ant in the back court could be scary in a few yrs..

You study the draft a lot. I'm curious... how would you have felt about us making this trade. Giving up 2031 1st and 2030 swap. Would you think it's worth it?

Oh, absolutely. Rob Dillingham is basically Darius Garland. I think he has a chance to be better than him.

I like Dilingham, and he's a great fit there.

But giving up a swap 6 years from now and an unprotected pick isn't nothing.

Still, its a worthy gamble for Minnesota I think.

Carter is GOOD. 4th best prospect in the class imo so very good value at 13.

As a reminder Washington now has the #14 pick.

What a journey that pick has been on. Went from GSW to MEM to dump Igoudala, then from Memphis to Boston in the Smart trade, then Boston to Portland in the Holiday trade, then Portland to Washington in the Avdija trade.

I believe they traded 14th pick to wizards for. Avdija.

Or was that a pick in 2025?

Is he too small to play next to Fox?

Well, hell. I bet Knecht goes to the Heat now, dammit. Hope I'm wrong about that, too.

Return to Boston Celtics
