I have a Mastiff-mix and a Tortoiseshell (that my wife already had when we met). I do love the cat, but I have a very clear favorite child. :D

The NBA apparently agrees with me that Knecht was super overrated

Bernman wrote:You have to think Vecenie had info the Bucks are seriously high on AJ Johnson to bump him up from 33 to 23, w/ the same team. That signals they fear he might fall, and would consider pulling the trigger higher.

I could get excited about him at 33, but 23's a reach, especially for our win now position. Would show they got infatuated w/ 1 man. I'd be disappointed if they didn't just take Shannon then, who has some star potential, & wouldn't take as long to contribute.

He said specifically in his mock draft that he's been hearing AJ to the Bucks for awhile now and he's recently worked out for a bunch of teams picking in the 20s and early 30s so we might take him at #23 to avoid nervously waiting until #33.

This is like when I wanted Bam and the Heat took him and we got DJ Wilson. Womp womp.

My thoughts exactly. I remember that draft, feeling the same way about it being a meg draft but Bam was one of the players I really wanted. There was a lot of the same talk about Bam too. People saying he didn't have a motor and didn't give it his all on the court.

Knecht's a pretty big steal this late. His offense is legit & he's got a solid a solid wingspan. He still likely has to overcome his d. If he doesn't, he's a super-sub like Kennard. If he does, I could see up to DeRozan w/ a 3 pt shot.

Can we trade with Hammond in Orlando to swap from 23 to 18 if Knecht is there?

Was hoping Philly would take a flier on Furphy, who would then refuse to take 3s in the tradition of my country's long running trolling of that city.

Thanks. I honestly didn't hear that. Just saw the mock & made the deduction.

Doubt it.

Of course almost all of my predictions have been wrong thus far

Seems like a better shooting Patty C.
