I mean, Nurse loves his undersized guards. Everyone knows it

Doubt McCann would even be played in the Playoffs.

He's also, unironically, the best rebounder on our team right now.

Athleticism is overrated for non-star level guards. Don't like his wingspan and length but he is highly skilled.

Only good thing about this pick is that it probably takes us out of the Bronny James sweepstakes.

Probably.

I mean I don't have a problem with his game, it's moreso that he can play a total of 0 minutes per game next to Maxey.

I mean, if this is the case, then pick a player that fits our roster. Like anyone besides a midget guard or center.

You don't take this guy when Walter and Knecht were still on the board. I have no choice but to hop this works out, but I do not like this kid for a myriad of reasons. Him playing at Duke, painting his fingernails, and being a Tik Tok idiota is just a cherry on top. Honestly those things don't matter, it's his...uh... basketball measurables and the fact that he's a munchkin. We need rebounding, size, and athleticism and we draft him. I don't get it. So ok... It's a potential traded pick? I can't imagine for who.

We have like 2 players under contract and somehow drafted an incompatible player.

It was a terrible pick with a younger, bigger, more athletic shooter in Ja'Kobe Walter sitting right there if all they wanted was a shooter.

The entire league is going big. Teams loading up on wings. Increasing number of team playing double big. We saw Bam-Ware and JJJ-Edey tonight. But here we are.. playing Moreyball.

There haven't been a lot of trades. I don't think anyone sees the value of trading future assets from a better draft for this garbage.

Yeah, AWFUL pick considering what was still available. Horrible! This kid will not survive this city.
