I don't hate Williams, but would've much preferred Buzelis at #10.
yet Wizards traded Avdija for #14. Weird that

And a 2031 1st, and two future seconds, and a vet who can be flipped for 2mds or maybe a first. But, it does show that there is likely some variance in how FOs view this draft.

I could see Dillingham taking a tumble -- would he really be that bad of a gamble for Minnesota? If his scoring and playmaking pop he'd be a potential long-term answer as a starting point guard - will there be anyone else at that point in the draft who would be?
I'm not sure why, but I see his best-case scenario as maybe Jeff Teague. We've seen that already here and it doesn't excite me. I'd rather add a wing role player who might lack the upside over locking ourselves in on a PG who probably wouldn't take us anywhere.
I have no idea what is about to happen but Shams is apparently saying Dillingham to Minnesota?
I TAKE IT ALL BACK!

Sixers have a really tiny, defensively challenged backcourt. There's a lot of really clueless organizations in the NBA it seems.

yeah, he's going to get so many open looks and with Lebron's passing will do so much cutting and coming off curls. I'm shocked he was still there for them to take tbh. That's incredible value for #17

Shannon Jr and Schierman are the two left I'm interested in.

I'd much rather have a guy who can move on defense like Missi than stinkin' Zach Edey.

No one will care if Jared McCain turns out to be as good as short thick guys like Lowry, FVV, and Brunson. Nick Nurse won a championship with a short backcourt.

The Mavs missed the playoffs without Brunson.

Holmes in Denver could work as a bench big, I like that one.

Wow, Dillon Jones at 26 is way sooner than I thought he would go. I really, really like his game though. Think he's going to be a solid pro.

Easy slide in replacement for Ingles 10-15 minutes a night. Magic can now decline the 11M option and use it for a capable guard.
A scoring guard.. never heard of one.
