In 2017, Morey yet again only had a couple of second-round picks to work with. He chose Isaiah Hartenstein and Dillon Brooks.

I'd try not to offer McCain, but if Ainge demands it, okay.

Lauri is an expiring and Utah would have to max him to retain him. Difficult to do if all the big market teams are behind the guy.

All of this to say, Ainge is for sure gonna be a greedy MF but he is not getting a Mikal type of package, if he wanted that he should have moved Lauri on the previous trade deadline.
