-Anton Watson (more of a defensive big, like Tillman)

*Only one of them the Celtics worked out is Watson

I could see Brad going with Watson or PJ Hall if they want a guy to possibly contribute right away, with injured KP and our other bigs who are FS, old Al..

However, Brad historically likes to pick young athletic upside swings in the 2nd round (Begarin, JD, Walsh)..he went Scheirman (23 yrs old) yesterday so maybe this time he gets the itch to go for the young upside swing and goes Chomche.

Watch, he will surprise us and take none of them lol
Nothing wrong with having a different opinion - as long as it's done respectfully. It'd be lame if we all agreed on everything :)

They worked him out so they saw something. Can't be mad at that.

Do Lakers actually pick Bronny James?

Not a bad player. Older like Baylor but does many things well. He needs to get in shape though.

OK Anton is a good pick, fits in with Scheierman as a 5 year guy that can help now.

Maybe Chomche will go undrafted and we'll see where he ends up.

Anton Watson high assist player, versatile, physical forward.

From a mazzulla ball perspective, really high ast/to ratio and shot 41% from 3 (only 1.5 attempts tho)

We took Watson. I like it.

Brad didn't want the risky pick in Chomche.

Bottom line, like I said..the Celtics worked out Watson..they didn't work out Hall or Chomche.

We did work out Bridges and Flowers. But he didn't want another wing - he wanted a big.

Scheierman and Watson. Both 23 yrs old..both ready to play now. Watson is an extremely high IQ player..if you were to ask me, which players in this draft class will one day be a basketball coach, Scheierman and Watson would be 2 of the first guys I would say (along with McCullar, Ighodaro and Kolek)

Watson literally never makes mistakes..always makes the right basketball play. So damn fundamentally sound. Plays within himself. Plays unselfish team basketball.

Local kid from Spokane washington, went to Gonzaga right down the street from his house and played there for 5 yrs. Which shows loyalty.

What happened to that Kentucky (edit. Justin Edwards) who was almost a clone of James Young? He has a decent upside that kid.

I don’t think anyone thought it was worth it for a guy who’s not a legit NBA prospect
