Quickley Re-Signs 5yrs/$175 million
Glad to get the fifth year, though it cost us a higher yearly salary. Would like to see what the incentive structure is, I highly highly doubt that's a full $175 guaranteed.

Bigger AVV than expected. But he’s going to be really good next season

35m AAV was my expectation after the recent deals, I can live with it at 5 years. Just hoping there's no player option.

That's about 5 mill more then expected annually but you know raptors gotta overbid
Glad we got it done early regardless

Good to have our core all locked up now. Expecting big things from IQ in his first full season as a lead guard

Pensare about to lose his mind. lol. Some actually thought he could be had for under 25 million/year. We must have liked what we say because we're committed now.

So what's left in the coffers now? I guess we find out what happens with Gary next

18, 7 and 5 at 25 years old. We get him for his prime. Makes sense.

This is gonna end up as a really good contract when he becomes an all-star in two years.

Expectation was 120/4….this is a bit richer but should be fine in the long run.

I'd be shocked to see Gary back with so many guards on the roster already. Decline Brown option too and use cap space to get a big?
Toppin or Patrick Williams with restricted offer. Pacers wont be able to match 20m

I don't care one way or another. He was getting a bag no matter what.

Re: Quickley Re-Signs 5yrs/$175 million
35m a year is a lot. But could be a good contract in 2 or 3 years

This means starting at around 30M on year 1
Likely indeed some unlikely bonus included . Otherwise it’s an overpay.
Year 1 should have been closer to 25M than 30M IMO
