Inevitable. It was absolutely stupid for the Knicks to think that some staff analyst, using PUBLICLY AVAILABLE DATA re-organized on his slides, could offer trade secrets in some material fashion.

In the same they said the court can void Silver’s decision if it’s look like it’s in favour of Raptors

I am expecting Raptors to lose a SRP and maybe cash but we will see .

Not really. An FU would be the court dismissing the suit. The court is asking Silver to arbitrate. If he cant, the judge will assess again.

Do we have confirmation that we actually got another second rounder in the deal? All I saw on ESPN was pick #45 this year.
