I hate tanking.

I can understand going through changes and bottoming out for a top 7 pick for a few years.

The whole process trying to lose like crazy thing is damaging though

If we actually got a superstar we'd all be happy right now cause we'd be winning some games. Unfortunately all that tanking and all we got was a low end star and some decent prospects with huge questions marks by there name.

Very hard to develop chemistry when guys were playing not to lose. Which is why we need some veterans, and some old guys who's presence can be enough.

Less than $12M/year would be a steal
13-15M/year would be a very good deal
16-20M/year would be OK/solid
21-25M/year would be overpay territory but still probably worth it toward the lower end of that.

That said, I think he's as good as Cam Johnson and he got $24M/year so I wouldn't be shocked.

Will be curious to see what Langdon thinks of him. That's all that matters I guess.

Latest I've heard is teams think KCP will get $100M/4 years so that would be sub-KCP money in all likelihood.

Don't think we can really afford to let go of tradable assets. If a team wants him enough to sign that deal for us to match, someone will give us something for him at the trade deadline.
