It has been a long time since I've entered the season hoping to miss the playoffs. I don't want to watch a bottom 5 team, but with the flattened odds in the lotto and the absolutely stacked draft class, this is the year to not try too hard. We should just allow the young guys to play 30 mins/game and develop.

Regardless of our draft slot, we absolutely must draft Kon Knueppel (pronounced KA-Nip-EL) for nothing other than the hilarious play-calling that will ensue whenever he is on the floor with Gradey Dick.

The FO needs to do everything they can to load up on 2025 picks. See if we can sell high on RJ at the deadline. Put feelers out for Poeltl. Even dangle Dick. Just one more year of tanking could net us our future feanchise player and/or star players.

Yes just 1 pick in the first round and now 1 pick in the second round from the McDaniels trade from Portland.

yeah Tankathon has us ranked around where i predict us to be Bottom 8 with top 8 lottery odds....I hope we move Yak/Brown for picks/prospects and go from 8 to 5...Top 5 odds are really good in the lottery

The deadline is too late imo. We dont want to accumulate useless wins early on. They need to get rid of some vets before the season starts. Poeltl to the Knicks in exchange for picks. Then load manage Barnes/IQ/RJ on the regular.
