And to the person that wrote about the Suns might want to be patient with roster spots unlike last year when they signed Yuta, Bates-Diop, Eubanks, Mezu and I forget the fifth player in like the first two hours, I agree 100%

If the choices are truly Morris, Payne and Holiday - I think I wait a few days to see what happens. They are all similar enough that you aren't losing out if you wait

As for Gambo - under Ishbia he has a really good source - I think its Ishbia myself. I can see why CP3 is not an option at his age and only being able to get the minimum - but I don't think they need to pull a McDunce and blow your cap space on Ariza in the first 15 minutes and be done.

Dunn or Wright for me can guard POA.

Morris or Payne can be backup if needed.

Dunn, Booker, Allen, Durant, Nurkic
Beal, O'Neale, F, Bol, C

Based on the reporting when he got traded, it seems highly unlikely he'd want to come back here.

Death taxes and CP falling around in the playoffs.

I’m over CP. he’s too old, too slow, too small. It was a fun mini run with CP but that ship has sailed. He needs to come to terms with life. He hasn’t been starter material for almost 3 years now. Yeah he has had his moments but when he went up against younger, faster or taller or younger/taller/faster PGs, he got dominated. He’s good for 15 minutes a game at this point.

He’s what Gary Payton was when Gary went to the lakers. It was over at that point.

They only have minimums to offer...not too many good players available for that

Bingo, then Gambo will convince everyone how great the signing was. Gambo gushed and gushed about all the cheap garbage players James Jones signed last year. And guess what, they ended up being cheap garbage players.

Let’s be real, James Jones has been a terrible GM since the day after the Chris Paul trade back in 2020. He hasn’t drafted a single decent player (Cam Johnson was Jeff Bewers pick when he was co-GM). Jones is just stealing money from Ishbia right now.

Imagine if (even before Ishbia) James Jones would have drafted wisely and correctly over the last 5 years. This team wouldn’t be in such a mess and lack depth. Much of the issues start with Jones and his failures over the last 5 years.

I see him going to the Lakers with Bron and Redick.

Two possible options as a backup C out.

Kevin Love $8M/2 years Heat.
Kornet minimum deal Celtics.

-Trade Nurk for cap space and pick(s).
-Sign Achiuwa to replace him.

-Profit.

$70M/2 years for a Harden looks a fair deal for both sides. Clippers losing PG13...so he needed Harden back.

No one is giving up picks for Nurkic. I doubt he has positive value around the league.

I understand they only have minimums - just more that - do the Suns REALLY need to sign a PG if the options are Holiday, Morris and Payne -- today?

Somebody brought up Oubre last year - don't need like last year there to be a signing right away

Granted, trades could take time
