So Brook,Bobby, Pat, MarJon for Stew, Cam and Vince Williams.

I could get there if our guys weren’t able to pull in anything better. But we really don’t have a true center. How much under the apron are we to use the TPMLE?

Should save enough to use the full TPMLE. Ideally you can convince Jonas to ring chase at that amount and a large role.

Isn't the point of trading Brook to get more versatile defenders? Thies or Jalen Smith might make more sense.

Yes, for sure. I think acquiring Beef/Cam/Vince offers you a good deal more versatility. Would love to add Smith, but don't think having a massive and skilled big like Jonas is a bad card to still have in your hand. Smith is the 16 game guy there though, Jonas more an 82.

What’s Rui’s deal? Versatile defender that can shoot or more soft tweener forward?

Think him and Vanderbilt are more likely here than Reeves. Even if he’d be involved send him to another team we can’t have a complete sieve backcourt.

Brook can defend the paint, post up, and shoot threes. That should be valuable to basically everyone especially on an expiring

We aren’t selling from a position of power. Brook is a distressed asset. If everyone in the league knows we are trying to ship a guy out, and the destination pool for that guy is already limited due to cap logistics and team needs, the return is going to be below value no matter what. Not to mention the player in question is 36 years old and the team trading him is a championship contender other contenders do not want to help.

Multiple teams want him, so he's not a distressed asset. They're isn't a bunch of players like him. It doesn't matter if they know we want to move him. You either give us a fair deal, or you don't get a rim protecting 3 point shooting center.

Those teams say sure and watch us get bombed out of the playoffs again.

And they don't even make the playoffs because they didn't add the traits they needed, and everyone gets fired.

Dame/CP3/Pat Bev would be worthy of a TV show.

Not much Horst could have done if KPJ had multiple offers.
