There are conflicting reports about DJJ...him coming back isn't a lock...basicaly worst case scenario happens and Mavs don't get Klay and lose DJJ..it could be a good or it could be a very bad day for the Mavs...lets wait and see if Nico has some more magic in him and get Both on reasonable contracts

Good point. If we do not end up with Klay - this style of play may factor into it.

Man... Nuggets are suddenly in the same situation as Suns. Absolutely no bench. Not sure they'll go far if they don't do something on that end.

If Klay takes 16.2M without emptying the bench and draft capital, I think it's possible. For more, I don't think it's worthwhile at all.

I wouldnt be surprised that Klay Thompson in the end chooses to play for JJ Redick over JKidd .As a shooter JJ will have more plays and movement for Klay than the heavy ISO sets Kidd runs for the Mavs.

My understanding is that no one can deal with DJJ’s new agent until 15 days after the change. Doesn’t sound like a good move on DJJ’s end.
