I know it's an upgrade from Gary Harris but I don't get why anyone is excited for this. Just doesn't feel like the type of player we need to fix what's wrong with our offense.

He’s a catch and shoot guard, who is an upgrade defensively over Harris. NBA tv calls him a “superstar role player”.
