nah, no one gives us any credit whenever we do anything. its always easy schedule, Embiid foul baiting or some other bs. So no, **** their credit

Really puts this into perspective. We have upgraded every weak link we had since last year with just Nic Batum being the one guy we need to replace. Gordon isn't that far off of what we were getting from Buddy and it's at the vet min.

Jae Crowder could be a suitable replacement for Batum and he definitely fits into the chase a ring for the minimum category

Says the guy whining about the Sixers potentially signing Paul George when this team is at a literal crossroad, with NO other real option to sniff a championship lmao
always a jump shot away.

That was someone I was thinking of. I still think Morey uses one of our guys in a S&T with assets to bring in one final piece. Klay is the one I keep coming back to.

Is RoCo dead or will he be able to play again? If so sign him back for vet min.

Very curious what the eventual deal for Ingram will be if/when we get PG. Takes one enormous player for his services out of the running, so the price would likely go down, I'd assume.

Didn't they announce they were keeping him? Or am I imagining things?

IF Drummond goes into cap space, we'll have about $9 mil left. If we use that on Slo Mo (+++ defender) and the room MLE on Naji Marshall (++ defender) then we are set. Get Lowry and Dario for the vet min.

Maxey/Lowry/McCain
Marshall/Gordon/Edwards
George/Council/(project)
Anderson/Saric/Covington?
Embiid/Drummond/Bona

I just hope we don't go all old dudes from here on out. Even bringing back Lowry feels a bit meh after the Gordon signing.

There is only one reason PG13 it’s a Sixer so far. I took a nap and now I’m back here and my beer is open.

Get him!!!

I don't know if anything was announced today, but I know Ingram said he wants to stay. However I don't think NO is going to cough up the money to satisfy him, so they'll want to get something out of him.

I think he lands in Sacramento for some package of Barnes/Huerter/picks.

Does getting Gordon preclude us from making a run at Klay?

If Klay goes to Dallas, that would likely make DJJ available as far as I can tell

Curious what other moves are still coming. I thought Melton would have been gone but since KCP signed with Orlando, maybe they bring him back to start again depending on what's going on with his back. His units were great last year.

I'm guessing they'll try to get Lowry and maybe Covington back on min deals. Both are Morey favorites that can give good rotation minutes (assuming Covington is back from that mystery injury situation).

They prob bring Oubre back on the room exception too, though I'm probably lower on him than most, even moreso if he's starting.

Potential team could look like...

Starters: Maxey/Melton/Oubre/PG/Embiid

Bench: Gordon, Lowry, Drummond, Covington, RC4, McCain, Bona

3 other roster spots left after that, not counting the two way guys. Overall not super thrilled with Oubre starting though - maybe they plan to start Gordon.
jonjames is a signature bet welcher.

Has anyone noticed that with the Clippers having Leonard on a 3 year deal, Harden back on a 3 year deal. They are basically set to blow-up the year before Sixers own the Clippers 1st round pick? Both Harden/Leonard's contracts would expire after the 2026-2027 season. The Sixers got the Clippers 2028 1st (unprotected)
