I like him on a personal level so I'm happy he can afford to load up at Costco now

More of a BJs man myself but I don’t know what Indianapolis is like during the dog days of the season.

They have a bulk goods warehouse chain in Indiana called Vanillas that only carries Milk, Wonder Bread and Velveeta

Probably helps to have Embiid in place to make things easier. They should be really good but let’s see how they can build around their big 3 cuz they’ll need some depth around Embiid and George since they’re both very injury prone.

It's a very unusual situation. Having just 2 salaries locked in a team"s payroll: a MVP and a low Cap Hold for an outstanding rookie.

oh i agree, i’d say we still have better depth than then thought i do like the acquisitions of drummond and bringing back oubre for them, gordon is old
OG has missed more games the last 4 seasons than PG and Mitch has missed more than Embiid in the same time period. We are living on shaky ground as well

Good thing OG and Mitch aren’t our #1 and #2/#3 options on offense tho.

Also weary of a player who conveniently plays 90% of the season in a contract year, when he’s averaged only 61% the previous 4 years.

You know he just pulled the okie doke on Philly.

I’m healthy now, max me

This is why when people like Marcus Spears wanted us to run it back it never made sense to me. You knew other teams were going to improve why wouldn't we try to do the same?

He had a number of career highs on his statistics last season. Those numbers were for a new contract, but I'd be curious how that decline will look next season. I'm not expecting the same numbers.

sixers don't have much of a bench right now or a starting PF and they have 2 oft injured stars...they still have a lot of work to do.

with this deal, the obi deal and the iq deal, i wouldn't be surprised if the league is forced to bring back the amnesty clause. some of these teams have lost it

Philly needs to trade this Clipper 1ts for Brooklyn’s DFS / Cam Johnson (if allowed under apron). That would fill out their offense well.

I’m still about as happy with our new Medical team staff as anything lol

Good thing it’s not a 3 on 3 tournament.

Our 4-8 are Bridges, Mitch, Dante, Hart, and McBride.

Their 4-8 are Oubre, Drummond, and …?

Mikal on Maxey
OG on PG
IHart (plz come back) on Embiid
Brunson on Hield
Randle on Oubre

Then following those starter minutes:

Duece on Maxey
Hart on OG
Mitch on Embiid
Donte on Hield

Yah, I’m not stressing

At this point if the Knicks lose Hartenstein it will be a disaster.

There is nothing left on the big man free agent market.

That's not in his character. Knicks are obviously brewing something.
