Guess I'm in the minority in not caring about Paul George going to the Sixers. For a guy with such an illustrious career, he hasn't been much of a needle-mover. He'll just be injured a bunch and then put up numbers without really improving the team.

Like I kind of get it, but Jokic really wanting to play with Westbrook of all people is kind of weird. Don't really see it as a fit even if Jokic makes up for RWBs IQ.

Something weird going on here. You can’t do a sign and trade for 3 years with a player option. Chris Haynes saying a deal with Warriors is not close at this time but Klay and Dallas agreed on terms.

Klay is still better than THJ who was their third leading scorer last year and he was benched in the playoffs. Trading Josh Green to upgrade your 3rd scorer is not that bad. They can probably get Gary Trent to fill his role.

Edit: they traded for Grimes who is a guy who if he has a bounce back year could be a steal to fill Green's role

thats the whole point of it for both of them im sure. its a very tradeable contract in years and numbers for a seasoned veteran guy who can score and reasonably defend his position. practically the gap between him and pg will be far less than the cash involved

Not disagreeing, but in today's NBA, it is all about the next season if you're top ten team it seems.

I still can't believe Bud went to the Suns for so little money. He should be getting paid like a championship coach, especially with much we sputtered last year. I wonder what the whole Spurs situation is....I wouldve pushed pop to be a lead assistant there and take over in 1-2 years.
