I stand corrected. McBride, Rokas and 2026 swap and the Det FRP, and Wash FRP then. McBride has strong value.

We also have the draft rights to the 4 rookies we just drafted. McBride alone should be able to get us a guy like Kessler, if we want to go that route. If Ainge would take McBride alone, then that swap would make sense because Kessler gives us 24 mins while McBride probably gives us 10-15 mins.

Not a chance when you deal with the likes of Ainge.

Well at minimum McBride is a big chunk of the package. They need a defensive guard too. It could make a lot of sense for them.

1) Resign Precious and Burks
2) Trade McBride for Kessler
3) Sign Dadiete and all 2nd rounders
4) Sign Lowry to one year $5m exception

I'm down. Kessler in Thibs system could actually end up better than I-Hart in terms of what he could provide to the team.

Nope, not enough when dealing with Ainge who lusts for more draft picks.

Leon hard capping the team with the Bridges trade was short sighted. I don’t think they considered the ramifications of losing Hartenstein that deeply. We lost everyone decent on the market.

Why didn’t we trade up from 24 to 20-22 and draft a Da’Ron Holmes? Seems like the price was some 2nd rounders. We didn’t plan accordingly.

Apparently, our boy Begley (the mouthpiece for Rose) was on Hahn earlier and brought him Nick Richards AGAIN as a guy we like.

He's actually a decent player who's is a backup 5 mainly bc Mark Williams is pretty good. He was in trade rumors at the deadline too. This might be the guy we are targeting.

Orlando offering Hart more money than Brunson isn't something any reasonable FO considers.

In Leon we Trust so lets see what happens.

Makes sense… Sims and a second or two should be enough to get us Richards.

We did work out kelel Ware but Miami pounced on him. We didn’t seem to take center Seriously. Either Leon got a master plan or we are screwed. The good teams in the east have bigs. Even Indiana got a good one.

He makes 5M/yr for the next 2 years. Do you trade McBride? Picks only if possible? Don't know. But this is multiple times Begley mentioned him and he is most definitely connected to Rose for info

Anyone watched Richards play? This dude any good or just put decent numbers on a terrible team?

He is ok. Better than what’s out there in FA.

If he is all we can get, we for sure can do much worst.

When Isaiah came on board he wasn't some star either. He might develop in the Thibs lab. He is certainly better than Sims and Huks learning curve might be a few years.

He already had the skillset there was a guy on Reddit obsessed with how great he’s going to be. Referencing his advance stats.

Apparently Scotto has been reporting this too. This really might be the guy we have been targeting as Plan B.

Hartenstein came in here without much Hype. This org seems to have a nose for budding talent and knows how to develop them. I would be OK with this move. I think we would at minimum be good enough at C if we get this guy with all the other pieces we have now.
