I believe we'll be fine as long as we play within Nurse's system, emphasizing ball movement and multiple drive-and-draw actions. The problem with the Clippers, similar to what we saw with James Harden, was stagnant ball movement, a slow pace, and an offense that eventually became predictable.
During the regular season, that makes sense. But, the playoffs will require several possessions that require iso scoring and hopefully they find the rhythm for that between the 3 plus allowing Oubre to take advantage of mismatches which he did vs the Knicks when they were hiding Brunson on him after it took Nurse a few games to realize they need a 3rd scorer.
But within the system, I'm fine with Joel looking for easy buckets. But in the 4th focus on putbacks, open shots created for him and when he's a hub, actually giving it up or taking advantage when they literally over play the pass. Joel can still be dominant playing that way throughout the season truly and allowing pg and Maxey to carry the offense
