Another chip could jack the value of the asset up another billion. No reason to spend like crazy and then get cheap with Hauser.

That's the moment we'll have to do something and they're probably the best bets to go.

Which is why I liked your idea of taking on multiple bigs to develop.

No, I agree. They should sign Hauser. But next summer they're almost certainly going to have to trade 1-2 guys for lower priced options.

Yeah, sorry--I quoted the wrong comment (and so just edited it out above. My apologies.

Cs went the Hauser route with Queta, hopefully Queta develops via the Hauser route for the Cs.

Dunno, I doubt he ever becomes that good a 3 pt shooter

Word has been that he pops them in with regularity at practice.

They showed him shooting 3's at practice. He's not too bad, and getting better.

I wanted to keep him back when we had him. I can't remember who we kept instead of him.

We waived him to make room for Jabari Parker. Good job, Danny.

Haha usually the contingency is a cheaper/more feasible option than the stretch goal. Wagner would have been the stretch goal and Tillman the contingency if anything haha

Didn’t he make comments about the team after he left? I think he would expect to play and wouldn’t be okay not playing nights in a row when everyone is healthy.

Strokin' it like KAT!

Edit: Well, not exactly. His form is funky. Looks workable though, and it goes in.

I mean, I had been hoping Tobias Harris would get passed over by enough teams to consider it and he got $25M/year haha

It only takes one, as they say.

Magic running it back, staying on their trajectory while adding a starter-qualilty 3&D wing. I thought they'd be more of a player for high profile names with that cap space this offseason. Wrong again.

Another good pickup by the Suns filling a need. Monte Morris and Plumlee are nice additions.

Celtics in 5.

I assumed his Renaissance was over and he'd be a liability without 3 pt range soon. Lakers should sign him as a way to trick LeBron into a pay cut. I'd love to see non 3 pt shooters in Miami.

Speaking of bad 3 pt shooters - 2/22 for Mo Wagner???? Is it cap circumvention to pay Franz extra????

Isn't he supposed to be a stretch big? 32 pct career 3 pt shooter. 33 pct last year.
