Mia needs to undercut this 8-)

I promise you they won’t.

Not likely, agreed

What is likely though is Bridges having a career year and the Mia fan base lookin back at this offseason and collectively venting about how small the price to trade for him was.

The Miles Bridges thing is complicated. On one hand, he’s a quality player that’d probably contribute to winning.

On the other hand, he’s like THE face of domestic violence in the league, so you can’t exactly hire him and then go on a, “MIAMI HEAT CARES!” press run. It absolutely tanks any sort of family-friendly image that you’re trying to cultivate. It’s one thing to be corny with the Heat Culture stuff. It’s another to have people questioning your morals and how much you actually care about the people in your community. I personally wouldn’t go for it.

Spoiler:
Then again, Tyreek Hill is chillin’ on the Dolphins, so what do I know? :-?

Fox, Luka, Curry, Lillard, Trae, SGA, many more.

Think about this every time we send a contract into that year.

Curry will be 38 years old by then. Lillard will be 35. :noway:

You know, this kind of garbage is why I left. I'm not going to this time though. Too much quality on this board. I'll just block people, instead.

Bro who cares about Bridges… not out team, not our problem. Let’s talk Miami Heat, keeping Caleb is cool but I’d much rather unload Herro in a separate deal to try and get Derozan on a 2 year deal. Would give us incredible cap space in 2 years and allows us to keep our young players and give us time to replenish 1st rounders.

This is why I don't get why people were so hung up about Lillard's age. Contract was coming off the book and 35 isn't old like it used to be in this new NBA

So what the heck is Highsmith getting?

We're going to have a trash roster and be in the 15th apron.

Coming back to this for a second, I’m kind of confused. You’ve been dogging Herro today and I agree with everything you’ve said about him but if Pat is critiqued that’s where you draw the line and when you want to leave the forum completely? If you can dog the players others should be able to dog the FO, coaching staff, etc. I mean if people have frustrations they should be able to vent them. I throw loads of money at them yearly; I should be able to critique the product and speak my mind, it’s not that serious so I wouldn’t let yourself get so worked up over it

No changes, but I bet you that those ticket prices are still going up.

The final straw for Barry is when he was so sure the Heat were going big last summer and selling us on getting BOTH Dame and Beal just for them to get neither lol he was losing it

Dont sign role players to contracts without a superstar firmly in place.
