Mentally preparing for another 33-49 season to the record books. Depth will be our Achilles heel.

And I say that not because I think we're so good but because of how bad the other east teams will be

At least half of teams will be stealth tanking for Flagg, we have too many good young players and vets for us to lose too many games to be in the lottery. Teams will be out tanking each other just watch the circus in unfolds next season

We have Yak/Brown/Olynyk as Vets....Not really many if Masai wants to pivot for lottery balls you trade Yak/Brown (Which i suspect will happen before or at the deadline) ....Lots of teams will be stealth tanking for Flagg your right...But i also think The Raptors will be one of them teams...

My reasoning is I don't expect Masai to bottom out and tank because he has no excuses to like he did this year

There could be an excuse....We are not good enough to do anything in the league...I think he knows that and wants another player here....But we do not even need to bottom out or get top lottery odds like i been saying....We are find at the 5-8 range as well since the lottery odds make us have just as good odds to jump up to top 4....Which i predict we will be around the 7-8th range come lottery night...

Better team composition is a factor that needs to be considered. The Raptor teams that started the last two seasons were more talented overall, but this team's chemistry is likely to be much better, especially offensively where we have much more shooting and better spacing. Indiana and Sacramento's recent regular season prowess, built on firepower in the face of lacking defence, could very well be where we end up.

That being said, realistically injuries will hit. If any of Barnes, Poeltl or even Quickley miss extended time we're likely pooched.
