Dude is 37. He has zero signature wins. None.
Shavkat murders him. Colby even has shutout striking wins (Lawler, for example).
You’re talking about his career accomplishments. That’s a seperate conversation.
He’s not a bum but he is low output. Maybe I’m mistaken you with someone else but weren’t you high on holland at 170? MVP was clearly way better than him.
Of course Shavkat kills him? Doubt he’d stand with him for 3 rounds though.
I’d like to see Neal vs mvp next. Good measuring stick for mvp.
Kevin Holland sucks, and was specifically put in there for MVP because of the absolute beating he had been given by Wonderboy a couple years ago (a fight that was uncomfortable to watch). It was handpicked for an in/out tma guy.
Yet, sincerely, that handpicked win is MVP's best standup showcase. Other than that, he's eeked out decisions against an old Paul Daley and Douglas Lima (going 1 for 2, the other being a KO loss).
It would be fine to have a low-middling career like this. But the issue is that aside from the mediocre wins, he's been styling on cab drivers and barristas, setting them up for beatings like he's Patrick Bateman.
I agree that Neal should be next. I'm a big Neal believer.
