If we don't trade for another star somehow, this guy could be our 3rd scorer next season.

He lost like 60 Million USD from his last contract because of the off court DV issues. If he looks for redemption, we might have a W in this. I think upside of this singing alone deserves its own thread.

Totally agree, actually.. guy can really ball, and has a lot of talent. He's going to have some big nights for this team. As long as he doesn't have issues, he'll be a legit dynamic offensive option.

As cool as it was to watch his highlights it was equally as depressing to read his track record. I'm big on second chances and also grace for young ppl in their 20s. I do hate entitlement and a willingness to throw all that you've worked for away. So I'm a bit mixed on the signing but I do genuinely hope it clicks for him, more so off the court to set himself up for a long career and stable life.

Like it or not, I think we're going to need him to be a significant contributor this season if we are going to be a reasonably good team.
