I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

It's been so long since we've seen Giannis healthy in the playoffs that even some Bucks fans have forgotten how dominant he is.

I can't wait until the start of the season, In the words of the great Mr. T " I pity the Fools". Ain't no way Giannis, Dame and Khris aren't taking this personal, they're going to murder people. Giannis is still THE ONE, and his other two costars aren't too shabby. I like the upgrades so far, hopefully more to come, but giannis has already succeeded with less

This is what KD fans have been saying since 2018.

Pelicans still seem like a team who’d value Brook.

Marc Stein: Attempts in New Orleans to trade Brandon Ingram have intensified in recent days, league sources say. Sources tell The Stein Line that on Ingram’s side, with the reality that the contract extension terms his camp had hoped for are not forthcoming from the Pelicans, there has likewise been exploration of trade options

Yeah Jarrett Allen would be a better long term option. But Windy says Kenny Atkinson doesn’t want to trade him.

Let’s not be suckers if the Bucks didn’t want to make some additions if not just shake it up we wouldn’t be hearing so many sourced reports about us pursuing trades since early last season.

I don’t disagree this is a top 4 team if healthy. But that’s a big caveat in the war of attrition required to be the last one standing. And even then it seems clear Horst is pushing for more than a few (good) minimum signings, internal improvement, and the long term prospects we drafted.

I think we're top 5-6 if healthy. We're right there with New York and Dallas if healthy.

I don't think you can say we're better than Boston, OKC, Denver or Minnesota.

This is our hope to build a playoff team rather than a regular season team.

They need a big who can rebound the ball though. Zion is a poor rebounder. Him and Brook together would be a really poor pairing on the glass.

San Antonio is a good fit since they have Wemby to clean the glass and CP3 isn’t a very good 3 point shooter. It would require them to be out on a Lauri trade though. Probably looking at Keldon Johnson in return, and the Spurs might want some form of draft compensation as well.

Maybe, but we slapped all 4 of those teams when we were healthy last year.

I actually like Bobby for SA. Keldon is an easy negative contract, and the Spurs know it. They throw in just to move off the last 3 years of him.

Shush. Tell them Brook blocks out and pretend it's a non issue.

I think Brook makes the most sense in San Antonio. They just got CP3 so it seems like Pop might enjoy having two vets around on expiring deals? And surely Wemby and Brook would set a record for blocks this year.

I don't even think that's very controversial to say either.

I think we’re a top team and could win the title next year as is, but I also think it would be a missed opportunity to not build the team in a different direction.

Brook is a very good player, but I think we could bring back less talent and still be appreciably better, by virtue of being quicker in space on both ends.

Giannis is the talent that enables that, and no one else has him. We shouldn’t be afraid to lean into that more.

Brook for Collins and Sochan would be the likely spurs deal

We don’t have a starting shooting guard on the roster. We don’t have a defensive wing on the roster. We have 5 players who are good NBA players at the moment (3 of which are excellent) and the rest are a pile of maybes.

Prince is a defensive wing, see his work in MPLS.

Also, EC> WC.

He’s not a defensive wing though. He plays best as an undersized 4. If he’s our defensive wing the season is over before it started.

He is a better PJ Washington defensively and offensively but he's older and doesn't rebound as well. People around here wanted Finney-Smith and Prince is better than him too. Actually, if you look at per 36 and treb% all 3 are close when it comes to rebounding. He will play the 4 but guard wings because besides Giannis, Portis, Randle, Mobley, Banchero, Jackson Jr, Towns, Williamson, James, and Gordon there are no real big 4s. I guess Lauri can be added given his height but he is not someone who does much banging down low. Today's NBA 4s are big 3s(Tatum, Leonard, Durant, James, and so on ...).

They also want a floor spacer. Stewart and Carter Jr are the best rebounding 5s. Rarely do you see a shooting big pit up double digit rebounding numbers or have a high per36 or Treb%. Portis and Towns are anomalies but there probably the two worst defensively. In retrospect they should've traded for Hart to bring him back.

Dame did move from a new city a couple weeks before the season in the middle of a divorce, too. How hard is it for us mid-thirties guys to stay in shape, even without those circumstances? He’s going to have a better year.
