About as good as they were this year. Deep playoff run, no cigar.

Great news. First Joe is a really good guy with a strong winning mentality, he can pass, great shooter and play well with Mike and Rudy. He will bring his experiences, scoring....perfect players in the second unit. Go Wolves!

Remember when everyone thought Mike was out of gas?

No. he shouldn't even set foot on the floor unless there's injuries. The fact that TC was going to give him around 7 million is crazy.

This is interesting. We heard from Kyle at his exit presser that he has a kid on the autism spectrum. Well Joe also has a son with autism.

KA played in 79 games and a total of 1782 minutes that needs to be replaced. I think Ingles will get most of them.

Keep in mind that the trio of guards we tried out last year (Milton, McLaughlin, Morris) amounts to an average of 12.6 minutes per game. Dillingham will almost certainly see more than that. Some will come from Conley's minutes load, but I'd also expect some to come from Anderson's load as he was the de facto lead guard many times.

I think Ingles is more likely to top out at the 12 mpg the small guards got last year, while Dillingham gets the 20-25 minutes Anderson would get.

This is great..I don't have a problem with this. But all this talk about getting minutes when he had a worse year than KA while we just drafter a young stud and have others hungry for minutes is weird to me. He's only here for a year so we should be giving him minutes? I think that he's here for vet mentorship and to help us get Rudy on another team friendly contract.

I think Ingles' minutes would be frontloaded to the beginning of the season. Shannon is in the mix for minutes, but it's nt a guarantee.

He shot 44% from 3, had 3 assists in 17 minutes and the Magic offense was much better with him on the floor.

On Court: .569 eFG%, 118.7 ORtg
Off Court: .530 eFG%, 111.8 ORtg

The more I look into the Ingles signing the more I love it. Check out Ben Beecken going over the stats. His stats were crazy good, but on moderate to low volume and his Defense was passable.

Very impressive. You almost wouldn’t believe his stat line in 17.2 MPG was 4.4/2.1/3.0. It’s almost like he shot very well but almost never shot with any kind of volume. I wonder what a deeper dive reveals.

See for yourself.

Oh, for context, Kyle a guy who I hated and was glad to see gone, but at least was good at defense, in 22.6 MPG 6.4/3.5/4.2. If you extend out Jingles Minutes, probably amounts to the same, just without good defense.

I still think we go with a 9-10 man rotation throughout the year.

Change the order, hopefully Miller is rotation worthy, top 7 from last year followed by RD, Shannon, Miller, and then Ingles. I expect Ingles to be more of a player coach who fulls in for injuries or foul trouble. That said, I have been way off this off season so take my prediction with boatload of salt.
