How much are we worried about BIID, MAXEY & PG if they stay healthy - especially W/O Zinger until 1/2025

Romeo Langford is joining their summer league team. NOW I'm scared. But, at least I can hope for a short spike in my island rental properties.

Has your reality adjusted to JB breaking it?

He's still mid.

Somewhat similar to Tatum, Paul George gets hugely underrated because he brings a lot of his value on defense.

Depends on their class rating and recent certifications. It's not a trip to be undertaken lightly. But, the payoff isn't worth it, either.

Not worried at all, we mop the floor with them. They ain't it.
Good assessment:

I assume they had to trade Hield to get cap space. Even if he was nothing special, does Philly have any bench? I guess Oubre and McCain are ok?

I’m more worried about the Knicks because I think they’ll play with a lot of grit.

*Ok they signed Maxey so they are right now
137 for Embiid, PG** and Maxey
8 for Oubre
5 for Drummond
4 for their FRP
2 for the G-Leaguer and Gordon
More or less

164 mil with Paul Reed so just 10 mil under the 1st apron. They have an 8 mil FA exception and a bunch of TPEs so it's not gonna be easy.

If they renounce all their cap holds and cut Paul Reed they can clear a decent amount of space, about $25 mil. That could get them a couple decent players.
They are currently
Embiid
Oubre
PG**
Eric Gordon?
Maxey

Drummond, Rookie, G-League guy on the bench. Add a Caleb Martin and a Kennard and suddenly they have a decent team.

True, but no size I’d trust in the playoffs outside of Embiid. Why not just keep Hield as he didn’t resign for much compared to Kennard? He might even be cheaper than Kennard would eat up of that $25M.

Unless they changed the rules...they don't get to use an MLE if they already used cap space, right? Sounds pretty shallow. They need Gordon to stay unwashed

Kyrie has been to three finals and won a championship. Harden, PG13, and Westbrook have all seen sustained success. Other than Westbrook whose game has simply cratered due to lack of shooting, they are all elite players still. PG13 at age 34 would be the 2nd best player on the Celtics if he joined us.

No one in their right mind would put Paul George over Jaylen Brown after what we just witnessed.

How about this slogan to unite our two interests: If one survives the trip, they can adventure further into the depths looking for Begarin island! Lots of ocean-facing plots available!

Not at all concerned about the East Coast Clippers. New York could be legit though if they play with the same energy and effort.
