I’d probably do Allen, Niang, and Jerome since Ingram is expiring. They can cut Jerome since he’s not guaranteed and save roughly 8-9 million. I’d prefer to use Okoro in a S&T for Miles Bridges or something if possible or just keep him.

Non-guaranteed contracts become guaranteed to the degree they are matching salary in trades.

Setting aside Ingram's expected future salary, which by all appearances is a threshold issues for the Cavs, Okoro is a RFA. He'd have to be S&T'd and that really complicates things for a number of reasons.
