Okay Pete Sampras! :o

Sampras was more like 130 MPH. I never topped 110.

I can hit my golf ball 110 MPH :D

Can you throw a fastball over the plate. Some people can. Most can't.

I don't remember who said we need to find our own version of Shaun Livingston, but this is it right here!

Of course not. That is why I stick with golf :D ( just about anyone could hit driver with ball speed above 110. Tour players around 167 and DeChambeau around 200).

Who will defend DDR? I remember how he punished McDaniels with his pump fakes.

Franz Wagner is now a max player with a supermax trigger?
Please make it make sense.

There's no cap space out there for better players like Derozan.
The Clippers and Warriors, 2 of biggest spenders in the league, are obsessed with getting under the tax, and teams are giving out stupid ass extensions like this to their own players when no one is bidding against them.

The way the rules are layout, There will be 2 to 3 max players on every team. There is more of these type of contract coming. Do you want Wagner's max, Beal's max or Gobert's max or Towns' super-max? OKC will have 3 max contracts when Holmgren and JW rookie contracts are up.

Seriously for a minute we can't design our team to have perfect matchups against all the other teams. We will have trouble with DDR, but they'll have more trouble with us.

Have a couple rules questions for you gurus:
Can you bounce in a FT?
Can you bounce in normal shots? After time expires? Let's say full court shot is released before buzzer, bounces after buzzer, then goes in?
I'd rather have a bottle in front of me than a frontal lobotomy.

I would guess no on either.

1. It is literally called a free throw. When the ball bounces, it's likely interpreted as the "throw" hitting the ground.
2. Again, I think a bounce is the end-point. If it bounces after the buzzer, that ends the possession/quarter. But before, you can do whatever you'd like, I'm sure.

Interesting Spurs taking on Barnes. Barnes and Paul give them two vets to go with their younger players. I think they make the playoffs this year if Paul stays healthy. Wemby is that good already.

And kings get a nice fit with their core. The West is going to be rough.

Well that's absolutely terrifying. The West just keeps getting better.

Isn't DDR a well known Wolves killer?

I think I’m more terrified of the Spurs in this deal. They got an unprotected pick swap in 2031 from Sac to take on a useful player in Barnes. They have so many draft assets right now, including Hawks picks, our future pick, and essentially unprotected pick swaps from 4-5 teams.

And what’s more interesting is that Barnes and Lauri make almost the exact same salary. I could see a Barnes plus a bunch of these assets being moved for Lauri. Then the Spurs become very interesting this year. I think Barnes, as long as not combined with other salary, can be traded again immediately.

He doesn't scare me either when he plays us I mean more so, more good players in the West and more deeper teams is bad for our players. They have to work harder to achieve the same results. I guess after seeing how gassed everyone was in the WCF I'm worried about strain in the regular season.

Outside of the Clippers every team is around the same or stronger than last year.

Meanwhile the East continues to consolidate talent and power at the top only.
