The more I think about this, the happy I get.
I am starting to fall in love with the Magic's starting five. They are going to be complimentary on offense and defense.
But KCP is not as much of upgrade over Harris as you think. Matter of fact, it's hard to find players who mirror each other so much.

KCP worked well as distanced 5th option on Nuggets team stacked with best player in basketball, elite PG ( in playoffs) , and two very good wings. It's same system Gary Harris used to be 3rd option
Also you should brace yourself to random months where KCP can't hit jumpers and has 8 ppg ,2 rpg, 1 apg on 30 mpg productions. It happends.
And both guy are 30/31. KCP is just way more durable.
I still find Magic offseason as awkward as it gets. Magic now have 3 SGs who do same stuff + Cole who is closest thing to combo guard. No PG in sight.
KCP also won't add any volumen to our shooting. He also won't put any pressure on a rim.
Don't get me wrong, KCP is good player. But not needle mover. Tbh, if i have to bet on Magic winning record, i'm not going over 45.
