This literally only means that the Warriors won't do it.

To be explicit, pointing out the high likelihood that this information is coming from Larry Harris after the Ws called about Brook. The idea that Woelfel has a deep bench of sources, or any sources within the Bucks org, is not supported by the kind of information he reports (or the frequency of those reports).

Moody + Looney + Payton is almost exactly the same salary as Brook. Wiggins isn’t far off either.

Not sure but could imagine Golden State being able to aggregate salaries if dropping CP3 got them beneath the 2nd apron.

Maybe Gery got word the Bucks asked for a pick in addition?

Agile, switchable. That's what we should be pursuing, and I think we are.

Is there any big bodies to pick up just for the embiid and joker matchups?

I hope not, because historically the worst thing you want against Embiid is a big, slow center. His best games are against big dudes. To slow Joel, you want someone who can take away his drives and recover quickly on screens to take away his mid range game.

According to Statmuse Ersan is the 2nd best defender against Embiid lol (no clue what they base the info off of but still funny)

Zach Lowe on Moody and the Warriors’ current depth chart:

Well, Buddy Hield is supposedly still in the mix. And I feel like that's one that would make more sense if you're trading Moody and Kuminga for Markennan, because it feels like too many guys, if they add Buddy Hield to the mix, like Moses Moody is going to be stuck on the bench another season.

I'm a huge Moody believer. I mean, he would be the number one player in the league I would be trying to trade for right now. Who would be?

Moody. I mean, not like obviously, you know, not number one, but like the guys who are out there and I think if they, especially if they had Hield, like they got to trade Moody. They got to, they can't bring him into this season as their 12th man.

Look I've been banging, Perk and I don't agree on all that many things. We're probably a 40% agreement rate. We've been banging the Moody drum for a year and a half.

I don't understand why he doesn't play more. I think he's good.

Just hang onto Brook until the deadline where he should be extremely valuable to a team looking to make a push or to a team looking to shed salary.

Glad someone else is on the Moody train. Low risk high reward

I did not know that, but he's the perfect example of what I'm describing. He wasn't tall, but had really good lateral quickness in his prime.

Also, maybe the one guy in the nba more spring loaded to contact than Embiid

That would be very difficult with the new cap rules. It also hamstrings the Bucks time adapting to a new system.

The bad news for the Warriors is, I'm almost sure the Pelicans will pay the price, but the salary slot for him is Ingram’s, so they can't do the Brook deal until they get Ingram dealt.

GSW is the perfect team to deal with. They want to compete, and have multiple young guys that would be great trade options. Think you could get 1 or 2 attached with Wiggins who really isn't bad, in return for a few win now guys. I think a trade with them helps us now and helps extend the contending years

Kg didn't play with Thon.

Bev didn't declare anything about what he's like. Destroys rims, no lie detected.

Agree, do it now, or ride it out with Brook.

Crazy to watch him in high school wearing Freak 1s. Probably never imagined being his teammate not too long after.

That image of him contesting Giannis last summer told me everything. Legit.

I'm still here, helping finish the Murray deal.

Pelicans get: Murray, Lopez, Jeff Green, 2- 1sts from Rockets
Rockets get: Ingram, AJ Green
Hawks get: Daniels, Nance, Tate, Londale, 2 -1sts from NOP, 1 from Rockets
Bucks get: Okongwu, Eason

Did we sign JT Thor to a two way yet?

I don’t think he’d be eligible. He’s been in the league quite a while now.

He’s been in the league for three seasons (turns 22 in august) and anyone with less than four seasons is eligible for a two way contract.
