Reed is a bit of a wildcard on the court and undersized for a 5 but good in a pinch and shot the 3 well last year - active at least. Achiuwa is definitely a 4 but OK small-ball 5 guy and knows how to play. Someone mentioned Biz. I'd be OK with him on a 1 year.

I insist on Reed or Achiuwa. It is time to add a skilled vet big with Mark, and bump Nick to C3. Biz doesn't do that. Plus Reed or Precious are young enough to grow with the roster.

I would sign Reed or Achiuwa and Biz. Both Reed/Achiuwa have some 4/5 versatility and Biz would be more of just a veteran mentor and babysitter that could still give you serviceable minutes in an emergency. Get Biz here with Kemba to help build culture.

Biz is a token target. We actually need Precious or Reed in order to joust Nick from C2.

Biz can actually play serviceable minutes (as of last year at least) and they could use multiple more frontcourt depth options. I don't think anyone is saying to prioritize him over someone like Reed or Achiuwa. We also still don't know if/when Mark Williams will be healthy.

i love Biz but he isn't any kind of fit with LaMelo, because he can't handle saucy passes. Steady passers like Lowry, Graham, CP3 he's done fine with, but I don't think he's what we need right now. If he retires, by all means bring him onto the staff with Kemba.

Feel like Micic to Denver is perfect for their roster and for Jokic but that deal would've cleared given the Reggie Jackson dealings.

Makes me think teams are bidding on Micic.

FWIW, Reed is also 6 9.

I know, but with NicRic's instincts, Nick might as well be 6' 6". He can defend if challenged directly, but can't follow the ball whatsoever.

Nick cost us big time. We haven't seen a tank commander rival his contributions since Mason Plumlee.
