Right up until when they stopped playing him I thought he was a game changer out there. Then silence.
Maybe he’s just too much of a target for guards and wings. He look like he played pick and roll pretty well.
What happened?

Probably because they wanted surer veteran play. But I've also been nursing a theory for a while that they were hiding him to get the contract deal they just got.

I wanted us to use a 2nd on him out of college he averaged over 3 blocks a game and over a steal a game and shot 70% from the FT line (if you can do that you can become an average 3 point shooter), the kid has all the tools to be a good center in the NBA, curious what the contract details were but knowing that We need to rest Al for the playoffs at his Age and KP will miss a chunk of the season I would love to see what it looks like with him out there say 18 mpg. His ceiling is much higher the Kornets.

Took the sting out of losing Timelord for me. He's a good athlete for a legit 7 footer, nimble. He's a good passer and comfortable ball handler and can fit a similar role Rob would have filled offensively. And this guy is not timid at all. Defensively, he'll give you at least Porzingis level at some point. He hustles. I think he has a pretty regular role this year. I do love the upside.
