Sixers waived Paul Reed, he seems like one of the better options left for a back up C, Knicks should go after him

This is also the same guy that was called out during the playoffs for saying the Knicks were the easier team to face :lol:

Seems knicks are evaluating sign n trade options or they would of made a move by now. All they could really offer is Mitch, Deuce, and some draft capital. Not sure who would be attainable

Not sure if this would work but Mitch, Deuce, Precious S&T for Ayton and an additional piece.

KNICKS just announced they have "officially" re-signed OG. It's up on the KNICKS website.

Maybe more dominos will begin to fall now.

My worry is just that… but can’t argue that he helped the Suns almost win a finals against Giannis. Helped get them there anyway. He’s also one of the most talented centers in the NBA and fits, on paper, really well. His heart is where the question mark is naturally.

He's generally able to do it if they have the heart and will. Can't do much if they don't care. See Randle, Reddish, Fournier, etc. as exhibit A. Or all those people from his Minnesota days.

That's why it's been very important for the FO to get guys like OG, McBride, Hart, Mikal or Brunson. Give Thibs the right guys and he'll make them better. But if they're missing that component, then he can't do much, which is the story of Minnesota.

Reed was the 58th pick...might as well add him to the collection of 58th picks playing center the Knicks have. At least he shot about 37% from 3 last season and had 1bpg in under 20mpg. Plus he might be mad enough at the Sixers to throw himself into someone's knees in the playoffs...not saying who, but you know, karma is a biatch.

Although, I'm not pining for him but Knicks might need big man insurance with Mitch's yearly injury, Precious being 6-7, Sims not being able to actually do anything except jump and Huk right now an unknown. Still would prefer a deal for someone better, Kessler, Richards or whoever the FO can find however they can find them.
