Jazz trade Markkanen/Kessler
Jazz receive Johnson/Richards/2 - 25 FRPs/2 - 27 FRP
Jazz looking to move off Kessler and replace him with Richards. Johnson comes in with a declining contract. Jazz are not winning with or without Markkanen. Avoid paying Markkanen a max contract while still losing. Gain 2 additional 25 FRPs in a top draft class.
Hornets trade Bridges/Richards/25 FRP/2 - 27 FRP
Hornets receive Markkanen/Collins
Hornets team Markkanen with Miller/Ball. Trade away picks that will most likely not produce a player to his quality. Hornets -if healthy - become a much better team.
