Agree he could stand to get stronger but I don't think it's a huge issue. He's not rail-thin like Chit Holmgren or someone like that.

Heat may need to narrow down his responsibilities. Focus on being big and work on his fundamental all summer. Don't try to be Kevin Durant out there

Yeah IDK if that's his game though... I've heard a lot of Lively comparisons but he seems like a totally different type of player than Lively.

Lively stayed within himself and is a fundamentally sound player. Heat coaching staff keep referring Ware as a 3D player. So I guess they have different plans for him

Yeah agreed, Lively seems like a hustle guy that's there to rebound, play defense, and catch lobs... kinda in the Tyson Chandler mold. Idk if his skill level is as high as Ware and I don't think Ware's motor is as high as Lively's, which is what I meant by being a totally different type of player. While it would be nice to have a guy do what Lively does, I'd rather the coaches cater to what Ware does well versus trying to make him into something that he's not.

i like what i saw. mobile athletic,a lob threat and can get his own buckets. not claiming we got a star but just pluggin him in with guys like bam jovic jimmy and rozier will give us a nice 2 man game or a shot clock bail out scorer

We'll be watching Game 2 today vs. the Kings on Playback (https://www.playback.tv/5rsn)

Ware looked good defensively - would like to see more on offense.
Pelle was very good defensively and impressed by his full court pressure
Like the minutes with Stevens/Pullin running the offense - everything seemed to flow better with "true point guards" on the floor
Man Man looks like he might be Gone Gone - especially if he's going to be expected to run offense and not just be a scorer, and/or play defense.

If nothing else, it’ll be an interesting season observing fans react to the team incorporating a Whiteside clone into their schemes.

Man, I thought the same watching him run back to defense and slower than the GS Center.

Someone needs to have a talk with him about effort. I know it is game one, but I felt that he has more talent than effort. Clearly reminded of Whiteside.
