Joe Wieskamp is on the t-wolves SL roster, btw
Nothing wrong with having a different opinion - as long as it's done respectfully. It'd be lame if we all agreed on everything :)

I saw that. -- I was wondering why he didn't jump on with us.
I would suspect, it's because the Celtics always wait to assemble their Squad?

The G-League title will be the most difficult to get.

Some of the guys from last season might not play in the G-League anymore.

I can’t believe Queta is actually playing summer league lol. He’s far above this level. Really hoping to see Walsh make the year two jump

Roster of 10, and counting.

That actually makes sense as a starting lineup, the top 5. I played around with a couple versions but the group that has experience makes the most sense.

Then rotate in pairs of new bench guys into the more experienced group, just like the big club.

I am split on who I want to see start.

Queta if he goes then he has to start. Otherwise it is pointless that he Goes. I want Walsh and Scheierman as my Wings.. I actually also want Watson as my 4-man. and start Springer at guard to see what else he can do besides "play defense" I have seen enough of JD and Peterson (though I like both).. Boston can always bring in JD if the team struggles without a true PG. Or another way of seeing it, is give those starters the ball in their hands more to see if their is some skill at creating/passing a bit. Especially for Springer and Baylor.

Harper Jr. is a fun player too. Knows how to use his bulk. Thankful to Bows for finding and posting the Demonia video. If this team moves the ball well, we should get some highlight plays. Fun fact: Harper and Demonia both have arm lengths of 7'1.25".

I'm thinking they add another 5 and a PG. Very pumped Queta seems will be with the team at least to start the tourney and Watson figures to get some small ball 5 play, but another 9'+ standing reach-er would seem a given. And while I think Springer may be designated PG when Davison sits, they should add someone else if they need to abort. Scheierman and Peterson (and Harper to a lesser extent) help take pressure off, but still.

I hope not re: Springer. If it came to it, I'd rather see Scheierman (Poor-boy Luka) play the point. For the C's last year, Spring had a 2.5/2.2 asst/TO ratio per 36 minutes.

I would read basically nothing into Springer's stats with the Celtics last season.

First off, basically all of his his mins came in garbage time..there's a reason why some sites filter out garbage time..because those minutes are basically meaningless. It's just guys getting cardio, playing glorified pickup ball, with the outcome of the game already decided so who cares.

Plus, Springer got thrown onto a new team in the middle of the season, with no training camp, barely any practice time..had to learn a new system, schemes, get adjusted to playing for new coaches, with new teammates and do all of that at age 21 where you're one of the last guys at the end of the bench getting sporadic playing time, getting mostly DNP-CD's and also battling an ankle injury when he first got to Boston.

With that being said, I do think he's more of a 2 than a 1..

More of a 2 than a 1, and, he looked like a guy who wanted to get dowhill and play his game but was focused more on trying to learn the system. On offense that meant mainly standing in the corner while PP did his thing. I'm not at all worried about Springer, he has more game than he has shown so far, just needs time and reps. The on ball D is already there.

Didn't see him play but gets me wondering what if Scheierman has better career than Knecht (and Watson better than James  )

Knect strikes me as a player that will need the ball a lot to be effective. ALA Tyler Herro type. And On LAL he probably won't get that chance for years.. Scheierman feels like he can be a Glue guy right off the bat and Fit in..

Can't be happy if you're a Laker fan because Dalton is just not Knecting on his shots.

Remains to be seen, but I think Scheierman will be a better NBA player than Dalton.

Knecht doesn't seem to be fast, strong, or quick.

Maybe Duncan Robinson at best.

Looking at the Laker picks from 2014 to 2024, it's either their picks didn't pan out or they traded who they picked.

They had the #2 pick for 3 straight years, 2015, 2016, and 2017.

All those top 2 picks ended up getting wasted.
