Aller's def next if he gets the right sitch. He is way too great with the salary cap for some team not to try and poach him.
Aller is MUCH too valuable to ever let leave. If I were Leon, I'd have a standing offer to pay him 5-10% more than any offer he ever gets.
He gets a ton of praise in the media, but the truth is, anyone with a math degree can crunch those numbers. It's not super hard.
Go Knicks!! Go Mets!!
As for the Jets . . . just keep it entertaining.

Gotta find a young guy to help. Can’t have all these old heads. Johnnie was on Thibs hip.
This is ass, this is why people said slow yoour role bc teams change year after year.
Knicks have that ex Lawyer Thibs mini clone who came out of the Celtics organization.

On the topic of coaches, shout out to Othella Harrington for his work and development with our bigs. Mitch, iHart and Precious have all improved dramatically since passing through here. Hopefully, he continue to have the same effect on Jericho and our rooks.

Knicks brought him in to attract Spida. With Spida re-signing in Cleveland, this is no surprise.

Do we even know what Bryant did here? Always fascinated me how some wanted him to take over for Thibs.
I do wish they would hire Ewing to be an assistant. He'd be so good for Mitch, Sims and Hukporti.

I just remember him constantly coming up to Thibs and saying stuff and next thing you will see a sub or something. He’s young so I’m not a fan of this loss tbh.
He was cool with all the guards. Who going to coach up guards now? Ugh

As I remember, they did offer Ewing an assistant coaching position several years ago, but he turned it down. It was during his "Head Coach or nothing" phase.

Ewing has never been half way decent as a coach.

I always got the feeling Ewing always just wanted a head coaches paycheck and not necessarily cared to be any good. I remember the rumors that his work ethic as an assistant coach left something to be desired.
As an aside, I always thought that if Mark Jackson was serious about being a head coach again that since he was blacklisted, he would do well to rehabilitate his reputation by getting back on the bench as someone’s assistant and working his way back up like Mike Brown did. Thats why I never beat the ‘Mark Jackson for head coach’ drum.

Mark Jackson was blacklisted because he's a religious fanatic and took his religious beliefs into the locker room.
Regrettably, he's still a fanatic. So, there's no rehabilitating anything.

It’s actually a little more complicated than that when you get into the behinds the scenes with his time with Warriors, he did a lot of backstabbing and manipulating between the front office and players and was very arrogant about his success, which made him look even worse when Steve Kerr had way more success right after him.
I think if he would have humbled himself it would have gone a long way to rehabbing his image.

I remember a Steph Curry story that when his ankle was hurt Mark was trying prayer healing or something to that effect.
