Cooper Flagg

17 years old playing with the USA Select Team vs. the National team.

6-10, elite athlete.

What's his NBA projection/comparison? Sounds like he could be the next great NBA player.

Only seen highlights of him, but the way people talk about him makes him sound like an improved version of Andrei Kirilenko.

I hope that's the case, AK47 was one of my favorite players to watch.

overrated prospect. people use 'generational talent' so loosely these days.

I think there is no prospect with more obvious comparison than this guy - he is Kevin Garnett. AK47 while super beasty, you selling Flagg way too short with this comp, is it because hes white haha? He is Kevin Garnett guys, it is so obvious to me.

He's like a combo somewhere between Andre Kirilenko and a slightly smaller Anthony Davis

I've been listening to Scalabrine hype this kid up for the past three or so years. Sounds like he's the real deal.

Such a tired take. White guy compared to other white guy. :-?

Taking the the race goggles off - his playstyle, athleticism, and IQ are most similar to a HS Lebron. He's beyond his years in skills and feel for the game. Overall incredibly skilled, and athletic - like Lebron. He's a man amongst boys.

A cross between all the best parts of Magic, Bird, Dr. J, Tracy McGrady, and Ben Wallace.
