CHA/LAC bite sized trade

Cody Martin for PJ Tucker, rights to swap 2030 2nds

Clippers shave off $3M from their books and duck the luxury tax entirely. Charlotte gets some depth at the 4 and a very very very minor asset.

This feels like a great trade for LAC, probably worth it without the second coming back really..

Though the Clips need a four a lot more than CLT does, so really should be looking at any option.

Think Ballmer might take on the extra two years of Grant Williams contract for free just to get a body..

I mean Tucker isn't playable anymore. Charlotte should get that second outright IMO.

Jarret Allen isn’t winning you anything. Garland won’t show up in the playoffs. Mobley is a glorified dunk man. Mitchell has some experience but is a liability on defense. To me, the Cavs are a treadmill team.
